Michael Testa, Esq.

The firm’s managing director, Michael Testa is a thirty year veteran of complex US civil litigation and international law. A Stanford University graduate, Mr. Testa  holds law licenses for practice in Washington DC, California, Colorado, Texas and Florida. He is active in the DC jurisdiction.

Judge Thomas A. Testa

Judge Thomas A. Testa began the practice of law in 1949, after earning his JD from the University of Miami Law School. He received his BA from St. Vincent's College, Latrobe, Pennsylvania and served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II.

Judge Testa returned to the private practice of law in 1985, after retiring from the Circuit Court in Dade County, Florida (1969-1985). During his tenure on the Circuit Court bench, Judge Testa served as chairman of the Jury Reform Commission and chaired the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee.

He was founding member of the Victims' Rights Association of Dade County. He served on the National Papal Visitation Committee Pope John Paul 1984, Miami Children's Hospital Foundation - Founding Member, and served on the Committee for the Statute of Liberty.

Before serving on the Circuit Court, Judge Testa served as City Attorney for the City of North Miami, Florida and City Attorney the City of Miami Springs. He served on the Governor's Trade Commission. He is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United States Supreme Court.
